There are probably many more than just 5000 West Bankers associated with Hamas, PIJ and other armed resistance militias. It might be more efficient and less costly to exile the jihadis to countries that support Hamas, like Turkey, Algeria, Iran, South Africa, Ireland, etc.. So they do not feel lonely, it would be better if their relatives were to go along with them. Then they can start a new life without the risk of hurting anyone with all their firearms.
