There will probably be tens of thousands of corpses discovered and recovered over the next years. This war is taking an enormous toll upon life, and it is far from over. The quantification numbers, invented by the press and Gazan spokespersons, are very vague estimates, but it seems quite probable that those numbers are very deflated, meaning that the actual number of deaths in Gaza are many times more. War is terrible. So easy to start and so difficult to stop. The Gazan regime offering up its population as cannon fodder (martyrs in Hamaspeak) is mind boggling, and depicts a very limited value of life.
