It is still not clear where the tens of thousands of Hamas and PIJ oriented jihadi Palestinians will be sent. Keeping them in prisons is an enormous expense and only promotes more kidnapping. It will need to be worked out with the countries that have funded Hamas and others in Palestine. Probably Turkey, South Africa, Iran, Qatar, Algeria, Ireland, and a few others will offer safe haven to these jihadis. But the jihadis will have to consider that they cannot continue to abuse and kill people like they have been doing. As guests they will need to refrain from acting out as they were taught to do under the Hamas regime.
