Mass Media Stands Corrected Once Again
Concerning South Africa complaint against Israel, the ICJ decided:
– the Palestinians had a plausible right to be protected from genocide
– South Africa had a right to present that in the court
and
– it did not decide, and this is something that is often presented incorrectly in the media. It did not decide that the claim of genocide was plausible.
