Joe Biden is weak as a real man and weak as a president.
The U.S. has presidential elections in Nov/24, and Biden
needs (or thinks he does) the support of AIPAC’s money
donations to help the (also weak) Democratic party. (But
for that matter, both the Democratic and Republican party
are weak).
So, this ‘we won’t sanction’ business is more for money than
for ethics.
