Who cares? Israel didn’t ratify the Rome Statute so they have no right to claim violations of it…even if Hamas raped every citizen of their terror organization 3 times a day…then killed them all…then revived them and raped them all again. It wouldn’t matter because “Israel” can’t have it both ways…they can’t refuse to ratify the law and pretend their own actions are exempt while at the same time claiming the law gives them any rights that could be violated.
