It is a difference if one is performing a surgical operation, tells the patient what is to do and some damage happens, especially because the patient is jumping around all the time – or if another one targettedly hits a group of persons with a mallet until they are dead.

It is miraculous how in today’s academic societies some fraudsters make it quite to some reputation, but on the other hand, look at the profs of ivy league – dumb as bread.
