No. But it takes time until they really understand what is happening – as via re-education the only thing most of them learned is that everything German is bad and everything else is good. Therefore all this inappropriate ‘tolerance’ for intolerable movements which have been undermining their constitution (add that also quite some administrative systems have never been properly de-nazified and welcome the destruction).
