Get it right, yes maybe they were indigenous, but they were only 35%. Iran then armed and funded them, turning them into a terrorist organization, the same as they did in Gaza with Hamas and likewise with the people in Lebanon by the other terrorist proxy, Hezbollah. Hezbollah totally ruined that country who are now bankrupt and a failed state. Gaza is now being destroyed. Yemen is a human disaster and the common denominator in all this that anywhere where Iran has a proxy group is a total mess with the people suffering.
