I have read that the reason why this hasn’t been enacted already is because we cannot trust the Israeli’s who spy on us, steal our weapons details, have jewish citizens at ranking high levels of military contractors, and military government positions. It was surprising to me that people in our elected government can still even say anything like this about an Israeli and still get re-elected.
