The purpose of aircraft carriers is to be able to take the war to you anywhere in the world. The US has 11 such nuclear aircraft carrier fleets. Iran can’t take a war to the US because they don’t have those kind of resources (and no aircraft carriers). If you think Iran is so powerful, how come they can’t even take on Israel who are the 8th strongest military in the world? How come Israel has hundreds of nuclear weapons and Iran has none? Israel has had them since 1967, that is 56 years ago. The US has had nuclear weapons since 1945, that is 78 years ago. Where has Iran been all of this time? So let’s put things in perspective.
