Let me tell you a story that I read about: a woman who had always believed that she was Irish did her DNA test expecting that it would say 100% Irish but it said that she was 50% Irish and 50% Ashkenazi. Imagine the shock, of course everything stopped for her and she began the investigation into her family background. To make a long story short, by beginning her research where her father was born she came to learn that two baby boys were switched at that hospital and the Ashkenazi family took with them the Irish baby and the Irish family took with them the Ashkenazi baby. She did meet the Ashkenazi family who had an Irish father but they did not know that. Let me repeat one more time: DNA is science, DNA is precise, DNA is never wrong.
