Of course there are student protests in Arab speaking nations…it is just difficult to see them separately because the entire populations of those countries have joined with the students in the streets
Your logic…such as it is…is ridiculous. It would be like saying…I don’t see any Israel protest marches of left-handed people so obviously all the left-handed people of the world support genocide.
