I feel sorry for the Russian people who were killed and injured, this was not their fault. The US however warned Russia about this imminent attack, but Putin rejected it, a bad mistake. The US has far more intelligence than Russia, and out of courtesy, they warned them of such an attack. The ambassador also warned the people not to attend large gatherings for the same reason. When Putin dismissed the warnings, he put the Russian people at risk and they paid dearly for it. All I have to say is that when you have a despot at the helm, this is what you can expect. Putin didn’t want to give the US any credit for the warning, and he got his payback.
