Before any “binding UN Security Council resolution to halt Israel war on Gaza’s” Hamas regime,
There should Three Other binding UN Security Council resolutions, demanding that Hamas:
-1- Release All Abducted Israeli Hostages, -2- Promise to Never Attack Israel Again, And
-3- Stop Using Gaza Civilian Population Areas For Bases, Tunnels, And Human-Shields.
