Of course, the interests of the 100,000 Bedouins who live in the Negev would have to be recognized. But, no reason the entire Negev, except for some carve-out around Bersheba, and its 200,000 Jews (and maybe a compensating carve-out around Ramallah) could not be swapped for what remains as the unsettled portion of the West Bank and (of course) Gaza. West Bank Palestinians can either move to New Palestine or remain with whatever rights the Jews will give them; Gazans can live as human beings. America can cough up about $5B for development and infrastructure instead of Israeli munitions. Everybody happy.
