The biggest mistake was Hamas’s genocidal attack on Israeli men, women, and children and rounding up hundreds of Israeli hostages of all ages on Oct 7.
All could have been prevented for the last six months by Hamas laying down their arms and releasing all the hostages. and yet Hamas is still threatening that there will be more Oct 7’s, leaving Israel no choice but to continue.
