Luckily the UN initiatives have made it clear to all those sending missiles, drones, etc. against other nations, that along with the firepower, they must also drop relief and aid packages upon the same locations struck. The approach seems to be working in Gaza, and now the UN must decide what percentages of the strikes need to be destructive and what percentage relief strikes. But many quirks still need to be worked out. For example, if an aggressor nation drops both bombsand relief, how to the people below which is which, bombs or relief. The UN seems to think that bombing should occur on M, Tu, and Th while relief on the other four days of the week.
