Yes, all valid points. However, I was trying to make the point that a Jew is by necessity and reality a follower of Judaism. The fact that Zionism invented the concept of a non-religious Jew does not make it truth, reality or logic.
I am well aware that this form of fake Jewry is sourced in the comfortable, belief, delusion, that Jews are, as the religion taught in ancient and backward times, superior as humans, i.e. you call yourself a Jew and while you hate and reject the religion, you think you are now part of some group of superior and more intelligent humans. It might be unconscious but that is the only appeal for fake Jews. Otherwise, why bother?
And yes the problem is Zionism but it is also a problem for Jews given the support of most for Zionism and all atrocities committed by the Zionists in the name of Jews for more than 75 years. Jews should, sensibly, remove themselves totally from the Zionist State because it exploits and taints them.
However, if I have learned anything it is that humans find it harder to let go of dreams than realities and a lot of Jews, real ones, like the fantasy that they alone among all religions deserve their own State and that they are, superior as humans and smarter than everyone else and they can do what they like and get away with it.
Pride, cometh before a fall of course and if anything has put paid to the fantasy that Jews are smarter than other people it is the reality of the Israeli State.
