The real-estate values in Beirut, knowing that underneath attractive housing complexes are the military infrastructure of the Hizzibillies, tend to increase in value or decrease. Of course now after the IAF strikes the values have taken a dive, but during the years that south Beirut was relatively strike-free, how were the apartment values in those complexes. This might be the time to buy, if the market has taken a dive.
