If Israel approached the response to Oct 7 with a simpler plan to send ground troops into Gaza to take the fight directly to Hamas versus carpet bombing from above,
if Israel didn’t put innocent Gazans under total seige on Oct 9th,
If Israel hadn’t destroyed every university in Gaza
If Israel hadn’t targeted hospitals, refugee camps, fleeing Gazans
if, if, if …
There is no modicum of self defense in Israel’s response to Oct 7. Purely a hard right Zionist response/excuse to drive Palestinians off their land once and for all. Hostages expendable.
Israel is in crisis.
