Wikipedia again…?! For the first time, that version of the Latin alphabet appears in the Serbian dictionary written by Vuk in 1818, and it wasn’t until 1830 that Gaj published his book with the same alphabet. A subject of dispute between Serbs and Croats even today, since they prefer to differ in everything. An objective observer doesn’t see any excessive difference between them, but I recommend not saying that to their face if you don’t want them to hate you for the rest of your life…
