Re: British far-right Tommy Robinson detained by Police at London march

Honestly, I don’t know what’s more tragicomic, the fact that you try to somehow justify the worst possible racist statement by Churchill, for which, by the way, anything Tommy Robinson says today is an example of tolerance, or the fact that you clearly do not understand that this kind of racism was a completely normal thing in the first half of the 20th century in the West, and that for an advocate of liberalism at that time, among other things, it was completely normal to believe in the existence of superior and inferior races and that colonialism was a completely natural state of affairs that simply put things in their place.
If I had asked you before starting this discussion, for example, who do you think said that Islam is as dangerous to man as rabies to a dog, you would’ve thought that such a clear example of the worst possible religious bigotry could only have come from someone like Tommy Robinson. However, the correct answer is Winston Churchill.

But therein lies the problem, because in every fairy tale for children there must always be a mythical struggle between good and evil, and accordingly the history of that period was then rewritten and revised. The real Churchill was replaced by a mythical one, and all that disgusting racism of the West was transferred in that revised history to Uncle Adolf, who was then turned into a grotesque caricature and a kind of evil Boogeyman…
