-1- First – the ICJ should try “proving Genocide” against the Gaza-ruling Hamas regime, the PIJ, and
all other Islamic Jihadist militants on 10/07/23, which should be an automatic & obvious “slam-dunk”,
which have all have obvious Antisemitic religious bias, and ethnic cleansing intentions.
And,
-2- Second – the ICJ will “fail to prove’ genocide case” against the Jewish State of Israel, which has
– [a] – No racial or religious bias, and after the Hamas, etc. 10/07/23 war crime atrocities, and has
– [b] – Every right to Self-Defense and thus to kill any and all Gaza-based Islamic Jihadist militants,
– [c] – Even if high levels of collateral civilian casualties result, especially given that
– [d] – Islamic Jihadist militants are intentionally using Gaza cities & civilians as human-shields.
