Hamas at ICJ should have been convicted of war crimes in 2008 & 2014, and
the burden to stop the Gaza genocide should be placed upon Hamas who started this war, where
Hamas and all the other Gaza Islamic Jihadist elements (PIJ, PFLP, etc.) should be expected to
-1- Unconditionally release all the abducted Israeli hostages, AND either
– [a] – Come out from behind civilians & underneath the cities, to fight & die,
– [b] – Surrender unconditionally, or – [c] – Agree to go into exile to save Gaza.
And,
-2- If Hamas and all the other Gaza Islamic Jihadist elements refuse their responsibilities, then
– [a] – . The . EU , US , And . World . Should . Not . Accept . Responsibility . To . Save . Gaza , when
– [b] – The Gaza-ruling Hamas regime is doing the exact opposite, and using civilian human-shields.
