Reading your comment is 100% waste of time yet I did read it. you simplify the issue as if it is a Palestinian decision to live like that. The simplest solution to end all this and the next day UNRWA will disappear is very easy: let them go back to their stolen homes, land & businesses and the next morning it is over. Why a criminal from N.Y., Moscow, Kyiv or Aden have the right to live in so called Israel while the guy in Gaza whose family was living there can not do so? Answer that question in any logical sense first then I will shut up for good.
