Fatima, I have looked and looked and cannot find anything called International Law. Let me know where I can find it. I can see conventions on International Maritime Law, International Business Law and even International Law on Lawfare.
I have read all of them and cannot find Gaza, and Judea and Samaria as being designated OPT. They may be designated as such by individuals in the UK and other countries but that is a nonsensical personal or group designation. The last maps drawn are by the League of Nations as well as by Egypt and Jordan in their peace treaties with Israel . None of them designate Gaza or Judea & Samaria as anything other than Israeli Territories.
In the next round within 60 days or less, Gaza will be 100% destroyed, ALL aid will be stopped and UNWRA will be disbanded for lack of funds and Israelis not co-operating and in fact shunning them. The Gazans have 2 choices. One is to release all Hostages, surrender and disperse to other countries that will take them in. Two continue fighting and go to meet Allah as martyrs in very large numbers . Number Two will please Allah and all the Arab States and most likely even you.
I know that the ICC, ICJ, EU and UN will make a lot of noise but alas to no avail. The deaths will serve as warning to all Muslims that it is not wise to kill Jews.
It would be wise for Egypt and Jordan to get $1-2 billion each and put them to work to build up their states. Norway. Ireland and Spain could chip in
