Only Hamas is sustaining the blood bath, as they have had the opportunity to lay down their arms and release all the hostages for the last five and half months. If not for Hamas, all Gazans would be eating at their own table and sleeping in their own beds right now, and many innocent Israelis would still be alive.
What the ICJ has done, is to recognize months ago that Hamas launched the war with its October 7 attack and called for the “immediate and unconditional release of all Israeli hostages”. Has anyone seen any compliance from Hamas?
