The Jewish State of Israel has lots of experience dealing with Islamic wars of aggression,
with bomb shelters, gas masks, etc. So, better questions are whether Iran, Lebanon, Yemen, or
the PA’s PLO & Hamas regimes “could keep the lights on, and water running during a regional war?”
