I could understand arguing for two state solution and cease fire but Erdogan, predictably, defended Hamas actions. He also made a speech this weak claiming the unfairness of Israel, Greece, and other regional nations no longer being part of the Ottoman empire! I also have no he doubt continues to quietly whittle away at trying to produce Turkish nuclear weapons. Hopefully you can see I’m not just peddling Greek national interests (although I’m doing that too) when I say if they keep up the neo-Ottomanism Turkey is going to one day be a bigger threat to Israel than either Hamas or Iran.
