Love him or hate him Putin isn’t stupid. He know Turkey is going to use reactors as smokescreen to create weapons grade uranium and plutonium to get nukes like India did with Candu reactors. He’s trying to create a long term wedge in NATO by using Turkey as a proxy against the US, Israel, and other western states. (and IMO will succeed in doing so as I have zero doubts Erdogan or whomever follows him will resort to nuclear blackmail if they get their hands on them.)
