There are 67 English speaking nations surely we could have given them one of them. Isn’t the banner of Christianity to help the less fortunate?
Two of those English speaking nations have a landmass about as great as the whole of those Arab speaking nations. Surely they had space? Plus, they’re far better supplied with water.
In 1945 Florida had a population about the same as Palestine. It’s significantly larger, six times bigger. Far more water too!
Why didn’t America give those European refugees Florida? Surely that’s the magnanimous, Christian thing to do? Would have caused considerably less upset.
