Word is that an Israeli tank fired a shell at an Egyptian security tower, killing the occupant. In a subsequent exchange of fire several IDF were killed and a number wounded.
The training of IDF tank crews sounds very poor. Undisciplined, don’t follow SOPs, fire at shadows. So….not much has changed since Hezbollah decimated the Merkavas in Lebanon in 2006.
