Egypt can accept who they want, but of course in Gaza and the West Bank, the UNRWA is little more than sub battalions of the jihadis. So alternatives to UNRWA, to participate in the reconstruction, continue to be chosen. Sooner or later the UNRWA will have to face charges of participation in terror activities. This will mean not only those killing at the local level, but also the UNRWA management that supported the jihadis’ use of their schools, clinics, hospitals, depots, etc.. The war is far from being over.
