It costs a lot of money to build tens of thousand of homemade rockets. They are not made with stuff you find around your kitchen.
In the guise of funding hospital and social project, much of that money is diverted to building tunnels, rockets, and who is supplying all the Russian and Chinese made AK 47”s, and North Korean shoulder fired anti-tank missiles? That stuff does not grow on trees.
