Seems just like another in a long, unending lines of ME government groups, alphabet soup of NGOs, etc, protesting, demonstrating and chattering about the same old complaints….to each other.
Meanwhile ME dictators nod their heads, issue hollow statements and repeat condemnations………but do nothing.
