Your claim all western countries are not democratic is absurd. Democracy does not mean every decision made is perfect of even that everyone gets what they want. It means rather than some absolute ruler deciding things we have elections. The winner of the elections gets to form of government. The losers get to complain till the next election. We have courts as a counterbalance to dictatorship. We have free speech. Rinse and repeat.
“Any form of attempt to democratize a Muslim country will be quickly shut down by the west if it does not suit their interests”
Sort of. If its to democratically elect theocrats then the US (not the entire west) will sometimes align itself with dictatorships instead. It used to do this during the cold war too when countries were too socialist.. I grant you that’s hypocritical but I wouldn’t call say the prior Egyption theocratic oriented Muslim brotherhood “democratic”. I would note Indonesia, the most populated Muslim nation in the world, has elections. Your claims about Pakistan are untrue. You make it sound like the US is some all powerful entity that can control elections in other nations. The US gave Iraq democracy. It tried to give Afghanistan democracy. Your problem is you think any government that cooperates with the US is fixed is your own paranoia. You also ignore that Islamic extremists are primarily responsible for the lack of democracy in many Muslim dominated nations not the US,.
