Israel didn’t do its job regarding border & internal security, enabling Hamas fighters to go unopposed for hours. All Israel needed was to beef up security on the back of foreign intel. warnings, & in due course upgrade its air defences to nullify the rockets from Gaza.
What we’re seeing is the vindictive bloodlust of Israelis that habitually commits war crimes. Israel will have to contend with major international blowback from their actions once the dust settles. All b/c of the N@zi fantasies of an Israeli cabinet, whose leader sees himself as the Jewish Fúhrer, & wants to delay/evade sentencing for corruption.
You’re sure to have seen the ridiculous images of the N@zi salutes from BN, aping the very guy who wished his race didn’t exist. So something fundamentally wrong in the psyche, but Machiavellian traits go down well in the Knesset.
