Yep, and Endlösung der Judenfrage was no more than a Nazi plan, actually more of an assessment than a real plan, for Umsiedlung nach Osten or in English for relocation to the East. Then, somehow and by a grave mistake, someone who was at a lower level of decision-making placed the Jews in concentration camps, although of course the very top of the Nazi regime did not intend this at all.
