Hamas has had the same deal on the table for 15 months– lay down your arms and release all the hostages, and the war that Hamas initiated on Oct 7th would be over. Had Hamas done this 15 months ago, all the good people of Gaza would today be sleeping in their own beds and eating at their own tables.
