There is no civilian infrastructure left from Gaza City, down to Khan Younis, which could serve and safe civilians from even more suffering and harm, by any evacuation plan, there is no fully functioning hospitals or UN-Distribution center fully working, no shelters and water wells which would safe and serve such a large crowd from harm by infectious disease no mass latrines, to serve the masses of evacuees, nothing which would keep such a large number in healthy and safe conditions. There is no healthcare, hospitals, community kitchens or large bakeries left, to serve this masses of people already in dire Situation and starving near the border crossing, with just 4 little hospitals left working, without getting severly damaged by raiding and destruction of the hospitals which everytime ends with massive destruction of medical equipment inside the hospitals. Almost all former raided hospitals destroyed the medical equipment and installations to an extent, to render them not longer working anymore afterwards.
There is no Place left, where this important civilian healthcare service could be used, to keep the huge number of civilians alive and healthy, such a place and hospitals for medical treatment are simply not existing anymore, for an evacution from Rafah.
There could and is no more option of a place for evacuations anymore left, to evacuate too, without such a critical life saving healthcare services in other places anywhere working anymore.
