MPs are not immune to the side effects of certain drugs, if legal or illegal. Couple that possibility with color blindness and dyslexia, it is possible that the MP simply, in a rush, erred in picking up the correct flag of the day. Just in case, do a double security control each time the MP comes through the security gate.
