I don’t entirely agree with the IHRA defintion of antisemetism. For instance someone should be able to analogize Israel to Nazis even if the analogy is extreme. People constantly abuse the term Nazi as a synonym for that which they find appalling. This includes among some Jews that accuse this and that individual or group of being Nazis..(e.g. Hamas are terrorists but their ideology has nothing to do with fascism) By singling out Jews for special treatment it comes across as an attempt to stifle free speech for political ends which IMO will trigger more antisemetism rather than less. (and you can see that today with rising antisemetism)
When it comes to free speech if someone tries to control language people use it inevitably creates resentment towards them. Consider woke sorts that want to force people to use particular pronouns under force of law..
