Palestine together with Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, was colonized by the Ottoman government for 400 years and then by the British and the French for 30 more years . All of them gained their independence except for Palestine. Imagine for a second that Palestine had become independent at the same time the rest did. What would be the situation in Palestine today? Palestine would be like any other Arab country that is ruled by ruled its own people and the people of Palestine could enjoy freedom and independence after so many centuries. But that was not to happen because a group of lily white Europeans known as the Ashkenazi had decided that Palestine was to become their own country and the Palestinians have paid such a heavy price for that interference in their freedom by this group of Europeans.
