I’m not quite sure what you’ve been watching but Hamas has been fighting and taking out Israeli soldiers since well after October 7th. In fact this has been Israel’s worst military performance ever against Palestinians which was cause for a lot of upset in Israel some months back. Trying to paint Gazans as harmless just because Israel is committing genocide against an unarmed civillian population from the sky is a tactic far removed from reality. I encourage Palestinians to remain dangerous instead of painting them as weak and hopeless needing a saviour. You will respect them.
