I am a fatalist in the tradition of que sera, sera. I cannot change destiny on a personal level or even on a global level. I have opinions that are realistic and not wide-open visions of utopia. We are after all animals who have evolved into tribal units and then regressed even barbarism to protect these tribal units. We embrace humanism and equal rights, but only when it suits us. We practice neither.
