The ICJ was the same organization that claiming Greece was violating the 1994 agreement to not block Skopje from international institutions.. The bigoted evaders pretended not to notice the former Yugoslavians violating the agreement by their little switch of identity into ancient Macedonians and accompanying irredentism. When it comes to national security the ICJ would leave Greeks to have our throats cut to obvious propagandists in Skopje whom they ridiculously claimed as “Macedonians”: No moral credibility.
