Likud is right to respond with war with Hamas but Netanyahu screws things up for Israel by insanely having Jewish versions of the Taliban in his government (see Ben Gvir.. a fan of racist theocrat and terrorist Meir Kahane not to mention also a fan of mass murder Baruch Goldstein) .
Other than a minority of clueless Christian fundies that have no idea fanatics like Gvir views them as useful idiots no one trusts Netanyahu anymore. Consider if would you trust a German leader that claimed to be moderate but then had a neo-Nazi as a minister?
