Probably Iran’s biggest human loss, was Qasem Soleimani back on 3 January 2020, ordered by Potus45. Evidently so many decisions at the tactical and strategic, at both the military and political levels, were made by this sole individual. The guidance of the pro-Iran militias in Iraq, in Syria, in Lebanon and probably in Yemen as well; started to unravel. For various decades he was deemed ‘untouchable’ by the world’s leaders; and for whatever reasons, was semi protected from assassination. Then the bull in the china closet, Potus45, arrived. This is the cost of having individual dominated structures versus systemic processes.
