It appears that this is exactly what Hamas wanted. They know it would come if they slaughtered enough Israelis, took enough Israeli hostages, raped women and girls, and continue firing rockets into Israel’s civilian populations.
Hamas has effectively turned Gaza into the martyr capital of the world by design.
